Who we are
New company, deep hands-on experience
We are newly established, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we bring is hands-on experience from inside UK advice firms: support and administration, paraplanning, LOAs and onboarding, back-office systems and platforms, and working alongside advisers and compliance teams every day.
That experience shapes how we recruit. We know what these roles involve in practice, what makes a firm a good place to work, and how much the right person can change a team.
We started IFA Talent because many people who would make excellent advisers never find a clear way in, while firms struggle to find the next generation of advisers. Helping to bridge that gap is our main focus.
